You think that a single I.V. is hard to handle, in this picture there are 5 bags going at once and earlier in the day there was 8.............. That is why he is always cold, bloated and was having a hard time breathing. All the fluid in his body was putting pressure on his lungs so they gave him oxygen and a machine to use in order to strengthen his lungs. He is supposed to blow into this machine over and over to build his muscles in his lungs.
